Let’s be real

A worldwide study by the brand Dove revealed that only four percent of women feel beautiful. An incredible 91 percent of all women have at some point skipped food or endangered their health due to negative body image. Additional pressure comes from staged poses, filters, and photo editing programs on social media. These unrealistic beauty ideals can quickly trigger the feeling of not being good enough.

But what we forget is this: These images do not reflect reality!

With our #abodyforallseasons campaign, we want to make reality the new ideal and raise awareness that our body is so much more than just our outer shell. Whether it’s a recovered illness, a pregnancy, or the daily experience of emotions and sensory impressions – we far too often forget to be grateful for all that our body has already accomplished.

Our body is not made to fit an ideal or a specific season. Our body is here to enjoy life with!
