Deliveries abroad:

We calculate shipping costs abroad based on the order value (gross merchandise value):

Austria, France, Poland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg:
Order value up to €98.99 = €6.90 (DHL)
Order value from €99.00 = €0.00 (DHL)

Italy, Spain:
Order value up to €98.99 = €7.90 (DHL)
Order value from €99.00 = €0.00 (DHL)

Switzerland, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden:
Order value up to €98.99 = €9.90 (DHL)
Order value from €99.00 = €0.00 (DHL)

All other EU countries & UK
Order value up to €148.99 = €14.90 (DHL)
Order value from €149.00 = €0.00 (DHL)

All other non-EU countries:
Regardless of the order value = €39.90

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 1-3 business days, and for international deliveries within 3-7 business days after conclusion of the contract (or after your payment instruction if prepayment is agreed).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
