Right of withdrawal

The following right of withdrawal applies to all consumers:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us, Moonrise GmbH, Glücksteinallee 43, 68163 Mannheim, Germany, support@leslunes.de, by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at https://support.leslunes.com/hc/en-us/categories/7872136049948-RETURNS exercise. If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g., by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods to us or to Les Lunes Returns + Order Number c/o Zenfulfillment GmbH, Tempelhofer Damm 777, 12099 Berlin without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.
