Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers

§ 1 General

(1) The following voucher terms and conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of digital gift vouchers. The voucher terms and conditions are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(2) Unless otherwise specified, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Les Lunes GmbH (hereinafter LES LUNES) apply in addition to the voucher terms and conditions.

In particular, the customer has the right of withdrawal according to the withdrawal policy. In case of timely withdrawal, the voucher balance will be refunded using the same payment method that the customer used in the original transaction. Returns or exchanges after the withdrawal period has expired are no longer possible.

(3) In case of loss, theft, or data loss after purchasing the gift voucher, there is no claim against LES LUNES for replacement or issuance of a new gift voucher. This risk is borne by the voucher holder.

§ 2 Purchase of the Gift Voucher

(1) Gift vouchers can be purchased in the online shop at www.leslunes.de. Digital gift vouchers are available with the following balances: 25, 50, 100, 150€. Deviating from this, the amount cannot be freely chosen.

(2) Additional balances designated by LES LUNES may be available as part of sweepstakes and/or as gifts in discount promotions.

(3) A discount code cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift voucher.

(4) The customer will receive the digital gift voucher by email to the email address provided during the ordering process after placing the order.

§ 3 Redemption of the Gift Voucher

(1) Gift vouchers can only be redeemed in the online shop at www.leslunes.de and apply to the entire offered range. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of additional gift vouchers.

(2) The voucher is redeemed by entering the voucher code in the "Discount code or voucher" field during the ordering process.

(3) There is no minimum order value. The voucher can be used until the balance is fully depleted. The voucher is valid for three years from the date of order.

(4) Gift vouchers can be combined with a discount code. The respective discount conditions apply to the redemption of the discount code.

(5) If the gift voucher balance is insufficient for the order, the purchase can be completed using another payment method available according to the GTC.

(6) Subsequent redemption of the gift voucher on already placed orders is not possible.

(7) The voucher is redeemed against goods. Cash payment of the voucher balance or transfer to another gift voucher is not possible. Likewise, no interest is paid on the voucher balance.

(8) In the case of payment exclusively with voucher balance, if an item or the entire order is returned, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the original digital voucher. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher remains applicable.

(9) If the order was paid with both voucher balance and another payment method, a refund for a returned item or the entire order will be made to the digital gift voucher for the amount of the voucher balance used. In this case, the original validity date of the voucher remains applicable. The amount paid with the other payment method will be refunded to the respective payment method used.

Special Regulation for the Discount Promotion "Give What Remains" – December 2021

(1) For a minimum purchase value of 79€, customers receive a voucher as a free gift with their order.

(2) If the minimum purchase value is exceeded, the voucher is automatically added to the shopping cart but can be deleted by the customer if not desired.

(3) If an order falls below the minimum purchase value due to return, full or partial cancellation, the voucher becomes invalid. LES LUNES may "deactivate" it at this moment without notifying the customer.

(4) If a voucher has already been redeemed, LES LUNES reserves the right to charge the customer for the value, as the original conditions for receiving the voucher are no longer met.
