Contest Terms and Conditions

Below, we inform you about the terms and conditions for participating in our WhatsApp giveaway. By participating in the giveaway, you accept these terms and conditions.

1. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and does not entail any obligation to purchase.
2. The organizer of this giveaway is Moonrise GmbH, Glücksteinallee 43, 68163 Mannheim (Les Lunes is a brand of Moonrise GmbH). Claims arising from the giveaway may only be asserted against the organizer. The giveaway is conducted exclusively in Germany.
3. All persons of legal age residing in Germany are eligible to participate. During the promotional period from 11 August 2026 to 16 August 2026, 11:59 p.m., subscribing to the Les Lunes WhatsApp newsletter via the subscription link provided in the email automatically constitutes participation in the giveaway. No further confirmation of participation is required.
4. A maximum of one entry per person will be counted; multiple registrations do not increase the chances of winning. Unsubscribing from the WhatsApp newsletter is possible free of charge at any time and does not affect participation that has already taken place. Participation through multiple accounts, fake accounts, or automated tools is excluded.
5. Legal recourse is excluded. Employees of the SNOCKS Group, as well as their relatives and friends, are excluded from participating in the giveaway.
6. The prizes are 10 €50 gift vouchers for leslunes.de. Cash payment, exchanging the prize, or transferring it to third parties is not possible.
7. The winners will be determined on 17 August 2026. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and personally notified via WhatsApp on 17 August 2026. The voucher will subsequently be sent to the winners in a separate email.
8. This giveaway is not affiliated with WhatsApp or WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. and is neither sponsored, supported, nor organized by them. Claims in connection with the giveaway may only be asserted against the organizer.
9. The personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be used exclusively to conduct the giveaway and process the prize and will be deleted after completion, unless statutory retention obligations apply. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.
10. Moonrise GmbH is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation or the prize draw if there are legitimate reasons, such as a breach of these terms and conditions, manipulation, or similar circumstances.
11. Moonrise GmbH reserves the right to cancel or end the giveaway at any time. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure or if the giveaway cannot be conducted or continued for other organizational, technical, or legal reasons. In such a case, participants are not entitled to any claims. Moonrise GmbH accepts no liability for technical problems and/or disruptions.
12. Moonrise GmbH is not liable for damages arising in connection with participation in the giveaway or with the acceptance and use of the prize, unless the giveaway provider or its vicarious agents act intentionally or with gross negligence. This does not affect any claims for compensation arising from injury to life, body, or health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations.

If one or more of the above clauses is or becomes wholly or partially void, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining terms and conditions will remain effective. It will be replaced by an appropriate and valid clause. The same applies if there is a regulatory gap.
