How you can help Ukraine now

Dear Les Lunes Family,
The Les Lunes team is also currently thinking of those affected in Ukraine. The current events deeply move us, and we have deep compassion for the people in Ukraine, their families, acquaintances, and friends. Our production site as well as parts of our customer service are located in Ukraine. We wish for nothing more than peace in the world. In recent days, we have considered how to comment on the current topic and how to adjust our content. To be honest: we do not know.
Today we want to use our reach to share with you some aid offers with which you can support the people in Ukraine. We have also created a guide on how to cope with the distressing news if you feel overwhelmed. Furthermore, we are considering other ways we as a fashion brand can help, which we will share with you later.
1. Help where you can
Small actions like signing a petition, donating goods, or giving money help. There are also now several websites where you can offer a place to sleep.
Here is a selection of aid offers:
- Caritas
- Savelive.in.ua
- #Leavenoonebehind Ukraine
- Care Germany
- Alliance Development Helps
- Action Germany Helps
- gut.org non-profit joint-stock company
- Shelter4ua
- Mapahelp
- Wunderflats (Berlin)
- MitVergnügen (Berlin)
- bee4change e.V. (Hamburg)
- Frankfurt hilft (Frankfurt)
- Rausgegangen (Cologne)
2. Exchange with others
A problem shared is a problem halved. Talking about our fears and worries can help process emotions.
3. Also take a break sometimes
It is also important to regularly take breaks from reporting. A timeout from the flood of news can create the necessary space and provide the opportunity to process thoughts.
