You don't like your Les Lunes item or it doesn't fit? Then simply send it back to us. For returns you only pay 2,50 €, the rest of the costs are covered by us. As soon as we have received and processed your return, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus the return costs of 2,50 €. Simply choose the country you are returning your order from to go to your personal returns portal:

As a young slow fashion company, we are constantly growing with you as a community and learning more and more in order to become a little better every day. If you already know us, you probably know that acting responsibly towards the environment is a very important issue for us. In order to reduce our impact on the environment while still being responsible, we have decided to cover the cost of returns on a pro-rata basis. Your item should be

*be returned within the 14-day returns period.
*be unworn and unwashed.
*not have any damage caused by you.
*not have any soiling/stains (e.g. make-up, hair, dust, liquids).
