Shipping and Returns


Yay! Your Beautiful Les Lunes Ships for Free!

We are excited to offer free standard ground shipping for all orders within the United States!

Free standard shipping is automatic if:

  • You ordered at leslunes.com online and are shipping within the US including APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Standard Shipping Times... barring typhoons, earthquakes, deluges, maelstroms or unforeseeable apocalyptic events are as follows:

    • USPS
    • Delivery in 5-7 Business days after processing.
    • UPS Standard Ground
    • Delivery in 7-10 business days after processing.
    • UPS 2nd Day

Delivery guaranteed in 2 business days after processing.

    • UPS Next Day Air
    • Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing.
    • Two-day and Overnight orders given priority
    • Orders placed Monday-Friday before NOON EST will begin processing that day (excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed after NOON EST will begin processing the next business day.
    • Orders placed after NOON EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
    • Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer Saturday delivery.

 

Refusal of Delivery = Item Return

Delivery refusal of any order placed will be returned to our warehouse. All returns, including those returned due to delivery refusal, are subject to our return policies. Please read our return policies. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable unless we have made a shipping error.

Process for Return Items

Oh shoot, it didn’t work out. That’s Okay, just follow these steps to return:

  • Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all items and paperwork. All items must be returned in original condition to ensure credit. Important: Return items will only be accepted if they have not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All original tags must be attached to garment.
  • Ship your package to us using UPS, USPS, or FedEx. We strongly recommend that you get a tracking number for reference. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
  • Please email support@leslunes.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).

Note: Due to the nature of personal intimate garments; underwear, briefs, bikinis and our bodysuits are exempt from being returned.

Les Lunes reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid, excluding the original shipping costs. We will process your exchange or refund accordingly. Please read our Refund Policy.

Returns, Refunds and Shipping

Returns

The Important Stuff:

  • Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund excluding the original shipping costs or exchanged within 15 days of the delivery date.  
  • Sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund excluding the original shipping costs or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.  
  • Please email support@leslunes.com to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA).
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

Non-returnable items:

  • Due to the nature of personal intimate garments; underwear, briefs, bikinis and our bodysuits are exempt from being returned.
  • Any used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged merchandise.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Note: Most credit card companies take a few days to a couple of weeks to credit your account. If you haven’t seen a refund in your account, please check with your credit card company. If the credit card company has issued the refund; contact your bank, there is often some processing time before they will officially post it. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@leslunes.com, we will do what we can to help you.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please follow the returns directions, you will need an Return Goods Authorization (RGA). If your item arrived defective or damaged please contact our Support Team at support@leslunes.com.

Gifts

Nothing says love like the gift of Les Lunes!

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please make sure to follow our returns instructions, you can either make an exchange, or we will mail a gift certificate out to you once we receive the returned item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver notifying them of the return.
